These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the AgentSide website and the services provided by the business trading as AgentSide (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing this website or booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Overview

AgentSide provides a property viewing service, connecting estate and letting agents with vetted local viewing agents who attend viewings on their behalf. All agents operate independently and are briefed according to the client’s instructions.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be submitted via our online form or email confirmation.

  • Viewings are charged at a fixed rate per appointment unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Add-ons such as key collection, feedback reporting, or extended appointments will be quoted and billed separately.

  • Payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Bookings cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If an applicant fails to attend, the full viewing fee still applies unless the agent has not yet travelled to the property.

  • If a viewing agent cannot access the property due to incorrect or missing instructions, the full fee may still apply.

4. Liability

  • While every care is taken in the provision of our service, AgentSide is not liable for any loss, damage, or missed opportunity resulting from the actions or omissions of viewing agents, applicants, or third parties.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely access information is provided.

  • We do not offer guarantees as to the outcome of a viewing (e.g., sale, let, or applicant decision).

5. Data Protection

  • Any personal data shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have lawful grounds to share applicant information with us when making a booking.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, and brand elements, is the property of AgentSide.

  • Content may not be reproduced or repurposed without prior written permission.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will apply to all future bookings made after the updated date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
