Become a Viewing Agent.
Earn on your terms, represent local property professionals, and help people find their next home.
We’re building a trusted network of reliable, well-presented viewing agents across Scotland — and we’re looking for friendly, professional people to join us.
Whether you’re retired, working part-time, or simply looking for flexible income, this role gives you the freedom to work when it suits you — with full support and fair pay.
What’s Involved?
-
You’ll attend scheduled appointments on behalf of estate and letting agents, greet prospective tenants or buyers at the property, and show them around in a friendly and professional manner. Your role is to create a welcoming atmosphere while letting the property speak for itself.
-
You’ll be the face of the agent you’re representing. That means being polite, well-presented, and confident, ensuring applicants feel comfortable and informed during their visit. Think of it as customer service with a local touch.
-
Once the appointment ends, you’ll make sure the property is locked up securely, windows are closed, and lights are off — leaving everything as it was found, or better.
-
After the viewing, you may be asked to provide a short, structured feedback report with comments from the applicant, observations on the condition of the property, and any concerns or points worth flagging. This helps agents follow up effectively and keeps the service seamless.
What You Will Need
-
We’re looking for approachable, trustworthy individuals who know how to make others feel at ease. You don’t need sales experience, just the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
-
Viewings are often time-sensitive, so strong timekeeping and reliability are essential. You’ll be expected to follow instructions accurately and maintain a calm, courteous manner at all times.
-
You’ll need a smartphone to receive job details, use navigation, and optionally submit short feedback forms. If you’re comfortable sending an email or taking a good phone photo, you’re good to go.
-
You’ll need access to your own car, as many appointments will require travel between locations or access to properties in less central areas. Fuel costs are factored into our fair pay structure.
-
We require all agents to complete a basic background check and references before starting. This helps maintain trust with our clients and ensures a high standard across the network.
Competitive Per-Viewing Pay
-
You’ll earn £10 per standard viewing, with each appointment typically lasting between 15-30 minutes.
You’re paid for your time, professionalism, and reliability — not commission or pressure to sell.
-
You choose when you’re available. Whether that’s just a couple of evenings a week or several days, we’ll only offer viewings that match your preferred location and availability.
-
Every completed job is logged and tracked. You’ll receive a clear statement each month, with payments made directly to your bank account.
