Our Pricing

Starting at £22.00 per viewing, our pricing is simple, transparent, and designed to offer genuine value to estate and letting agents.

  • £22.00

    A standard viewing is per viewing with one of our vetted, professional agents.

    Includes meet-and-greet, full property tour and secure lock-up.

    Each individual viewing is allocated up to 30 minutes.

  • Price on Application

    Our professional agents will represent your brand throughout a dedicated open day, welcoming attendees, managing appointment flow, answering basic questions, and keeping the property secure. Ideal for sales launches, block viewings, or busy rental listings.

  • No extra charge.

    We don’t penalise you for out-of-hours appointments. If we’ve got availability, we’ll cover it - same flat rate.

  • £4.50

    We charge a standard fee of £4.50 per key collection - not per viewing.

    This is to cover fuel and and any travel expenses that may occur.

    Viewings that are a considerable distance from your office may incur a mileage cost of 40p per mile.
